Versions of the same story

Oduvil unnikrishnan was not just a versatile and great actor but also a significant name taken when you talk about the best phase of Malayalam cinema.

The recent news which said that the actor's family is going through severe poverty and is facing a lot of difficulty in leading a normal life was really surprising.
The small amount of pension they receive through the organisation 'AMMA' and other medical  allowances are their only earnings and that doesn't even contribute to their medical expenses was really sad and depressing to hear.

But now his wife and daughter have confessed in a press meet two days before that all the above said  news was just a fabricated one and lacks credibility.Lot of people had initiated to help the family but their confession has possessed a confusion.

AMMA secretary Idavelu Babu also stated in a press meet that the news is false. This has actually confused my mind to believe what and what not.Is media exaggerating news for their personal gain or the family suppressing the news for they don't want the reality to come in public?
Whatever is the case, hearing such a news after the demise of a veteran actor is extremely sad and hope that the news isn't true and if it isn't its high time for media to realise to stop earning money through the sale of emotions and if it is true, it is time to provide care and justice to the family without making them the victims of stardom.

Padmapriya entered the wedlock

The ace actress Padmapriya entered the stage of a wife today at a small function held in Mumbai.
The groom Jasmine Shah was her collage mate in New York University.
Despite being a non-malayali she have managed to do nearly 30 films and is a 2 time state award winner. She enjoyed golden days in many film industries including Hindi which fetched her a special jury mention in National Awards.

She had to face a lot of trouble during the year of 2007-08 for her controversial statement that she is ashamed of how her voice is dubbed in Malayalam films.Though this crackled some problems among the dubbing artist,an apology from her side solved the issue.
Her latest venture 'Iyyobinte Pustakam' is successfully running in theatres and I wish her a happy married life ahead and hope she will not quit acting unlike other actresses who vanish from films as soon as they wear a wife's dress.

Superstar and the Lady superstar together again...

The much awaited film and the much awaited star pair have begun their journey of a joint film on November 1st, the date which marks the birth of Kerala state.
Mohanlal and Manju warrier a pair whose chemistry was well received and enjoyed through 'Aaramthamburan' and 'Kanmadam' is  back again through a Sathyan Anthikad film.

Her come back film after a gap of 14 years which was planned with Mohanlal was cancelled owing to some technical reason. This disappointed  all the Malayalees who were eagerly waiting to watch them together on-screen.
But now the wait is over as her second movie is all set to bring back the old unforgettable chemistry. The shooting stills have already gone popular by this time and the movie is expected to release by new year.
It is also heard that the movie is titled 'vineethamayi apekshikunu' meaning kindly requesting.
Anyone who watched the film 'How Old Are You' which marked the actress's comeback can easily say that age or time have not diminished her talent.
Hence, there is no doubt that both of them will be doing a wonderful job individually in the upcoming one too but it is to be watched whether these 14 years of gap have affected the magic they used to create together on the big screen.
